    • Will I trade with your agents?
      • You will trade directly with our ingame delivery system bots. Our bots cannot answer any questions, if you have any questions or problems when trading, please contact our livechat support.


      • First if you cannot submit an "Alt character" on your order status page, you will then receive gold through your ingame email. You can have the delivery method changed by our livechat agents. If you still cannot see the "I am ready to trade" button, that means we are currently waiting for a re-stock on your server. Please wait for our characters to whisper you, or a delivery notice email.

    • I ordered 300 gold from you guys, why did I only receive 100?
      • The amount of gold we stock varies from hour to hour, so sometimes we will deliver your order in several batches. Don't worry, your order will be 100% fulfilled. You can check out our "order search" page, and enter your order number, to review your delivery history.

    • Your character keeps whispering me about gold deliveries, but I'm raiding now, very annoying.

    • How long should I wait for your trading character to log ingame?
      • Our character will usually be there within 5 minutes, if you still do not see anyone in the designated trading area, asking your for trade, please click "I am ready to trade" button on the order status page to ask our character start to trading with you. Please contact our livechat agents if problems still persist.

    • I did not come to trading spot on time. what to do now?
      • You can check your order's status page from time to time, the "I am ready to trade" button will show up again. Then we can delivery you the gold.

    • Why do I have to enter my credit card number when paying via Paypal?
      • The buyer would be asked to enter the credit card number initially if it is not a confirmed shipping address providing to complete the transaction.       • If the debit or checking card has a holographic signature on it, they are generally accepted. If the card is not a Visa or MasterCard, it may not be accepted.

    • How do I pay with my credit card without using PayPal?
      • We do offer the option to pay using a credit card besides of PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to PayPal you will be presented with an option to pay with your PayPal account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available.

    • What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?
      • A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to MMOinn's account and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter.

    • How do I avoid sending an e-check?
      • An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "choose more funding options".     • I've sent an e-check, but I did not mean to. How do I cancel it?

We never talk to any other players in game or get involved in any player killing or other controversial activities.

    • When power leveling, will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?
      • No! We will never get your character involved in PK, KS, abusive farming or any other behavior that is frowned upon. We understand what we should do while power leveling.

    • How do I check on the status of my order?
      • If you would like to check on the status of your order, you need not logon live chat or send an E-mail to us, simply log onto our website, then you will see all the information of your character. If you have any questions about the power leveling, please live chat with our support agents who are available 24/7. Do not login your game account during the entire course of power leveling service unless notifying us in advance through Live Chat Support.

    • What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
      • Normally, we respond as if AFK (Away from Keyboard) when another player sends your character a tell, however if a GM sends your character a tell, we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, just let us know in advance and we will be sure to use them.

    • Do I keep the money & items gained while you play my character?
      • Of course, you will get the gold and items. During the process of power leveling, all equipments obtained belong to you.

    • If I placed an order on the wrong Realm, what should I do?
      • First, you should contact us immediately, you can contact Live Chat Support, tell us your character name or your order number. We'll fix that problem for you.

    • When you are doing power leveling, can you do the Professions powerleveling service?
      • During the leveling period, we will try our best to help you do your existing professions, but we never guarantee a certain level you required.

  • Frequently Asked Questions Of Honor Killing
    • Will the rewards ever include new spells or talents for characters of higher ranks?
      • No. Currently we do not have any plans to reward players with new talents or spells.

    • Honor Decay Once I gain Honor, do I keep it indefinitely, or do I have to keep earning it?
      • The Honor System is created so that players have to continue killing the enemy in order to keep their ranks.

    • What do you mean my Honor points will decay?
      • There is only a percentage correction between the current honor rating and the new rating. This is because honor points behave more like a rating system than a leveling system.

    • Does it always correct at the same rate, or do the player's rank/duration away affect it?
      • Rank changes as a percentage of the difference between a player's current honor rating and his or her current week's honor rating. However, in order to give players a cushion for off weeks, the correction is substantially faster when a player is increasing their honor rating than it is going down.

    • Does it decay to zero, or is there some nominal rank it stops at?
      • Players would typically have to be inactive in PvP for a very long time (months) before they lose all rank.

    • What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
      • Normally we will respond as if AFK when another player sends you a tell. You could also write down how we should respond in any cases when submitting your suggestion.

    • Do you use bots or macros?
      • No! We do not use any bots or macros to perform our services.

    • How do you level my character?
      • We assign 2 or 3 professional players to work on your character; the person playing your character has a very good understanding of how your specific class is played. Your character is primarily leveled via what is commonly known as grinding, where we play solo simply killing monsters over and over. However we do sometimes do simple quests to obtain experience. We have extensive knowledge of your game's world and know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible.

  • Frequently Asked Questions of Account Trading
    • What should I do after purchasing an account?
      • 1. Create a new email address
        If you are like me, you may have two accounts. One that you personally leveled, and one that you purchased. Remember, you must think as if you are the Blizz rep. DO NOT use your same email address. This is terms of suspicion when blizzard pulls up the email information to see that it already exists.
      • 2. Have a New Phone Number in Mind
        Same as above. Use a different phone number than the one on your main account. It doesn't matter what it is, as they really don't call you. But the last thing that you want is Blizzard calling or emailing the original owner and unknowingly giving the information, your information to him/her. Simply changing the password is not enough.
      • 3. Know the old owners name
        The first thing that Blizzard will do when the rep actually answers is ask for you name and number. Give him the previous owners name, and the "new" phone number. This will obliterate any suspicious account activity. You may be asking why we have to keep the old owners name. It is simple, you cannot change the name on the account, never. So know the name, and give it to them as if you are that person.
      • 4. Know the answer to the secret question
        This is self explanatory. You must know this in order to change any information. If you don't know this, then you are up a creek, for the most part. They will ask you also for your CD key if you do not know this. These are two necessary pieces of information that you will need. Otherwise, they will be suspicious, and most likely more proned to ban the account.
      • 5. Know your story
        This is where the most work on your part will come in. Regardless of how much you think you may have your back story down, it will be weird for them to call you a different name. As you can see you will need to anticpate the questions asked. Make sure that you wrote down the old information from the previous owner. You can do this by simply logging in to the account the first time and writing it all down. It really helps to know all the old information so that they are not questioning it at all.
